Are you licensed to sell individual cuts of beef & chicken?
We are! We are inspected and licensed by the Michigan Department of Rural Development (MDARD). This allows us to legally warehouse meat in our inspected building and freezers.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, EBT, Zelle, Venmo, cash, or check.
Chicken Questions:
Do you offer custom cuts for chicken?
We try to accommodate special requests. Ask us, and we'll ask our processor!
How are your chickens fed?
Our chickens are fed a corn and soybean meal ration developed especially for the healthy growth of our birds, sourced from a local elevator.
Beef Questions:
Do you sell quarter, half, and whole beef?

How do I order, quarter, half or whole beef?
Order online and contact us to schedule your preferred date. Please see details in Shop Now - Beef - Freezer Beef. We require a $100 deposit.
What cuts of meat will I get?
That's up to you! When your beef is sent to the processor, you will fill out an easy-to-use cut sheet on the processor's website which includes helpful information and suggestions. They will also be able to help you with any questions you may have regarding processing and cuts.
What do you feed your cattle?
We have a beef animal nutritionist who makes sure our cattle are fed the proper amount of each ingredient as to remain healthy and develop a quality meat for your table. Our beef ration consists of corn, hay, vitamins and minerals.
